The help, worker bees are awesome here. A very comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was awesome and worth the wait until morning. Was hard to want to leave.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give 0 stars I would! I was with my nephew and parents it took them 20 minutes just to bring us water and a root beer for the little guy. He accidentally spilt it and the employee said he would bring us a rag and never did took the easy way out and just moved us tables. We ordered our food and waited an hour and a half before they brought out only my nephews Mac and cheese. We asked for a fork and he said he would go get us some but instead started talking to someone else after an hour and a half of waiting we decided to get up and leave that whole time the table with the spilt root beer was still sitting there. The manager in charge was doing the best he could so we appreciated that but as of the guy with the beard helping us he had NO work ethic.

Quiet atmosphere. Tv's everywhere. Different specials at a great price. Many micro brews and a full bar.

Nice place, friendly staff. I had the steamer clams, fabulous!! It would have been great to offer room service.

Well designed to minimize noise- has a quiet shower, enclosed room for ice machine, quiet exhaust fan. Get cheerful and courteous wait staff on restaurant. Nice rooms. Has an extra blanket!

We came into town for my Great Aunt Celebration of life and chose to eat close to our lodging. The wait staff "section" our group of 14 off and it took a total of 2 hours to get our food that wasnt good. They made our family wait to " not overwhelm" the kitchen but other customers were ok to place orders. As a waitress myself you dont do what the staff did.

The food was very good

The waitress didn't get my order correct and the table across from me got someone else's food, and she looked it over and she asked waitress and she took it to another table. If that would have been mine I would have been upset

Restaurant was very smokey when we walked in. We both ordered a dinner salad with our meal. What we got was a plate of lettuce, and several pieces were wilted. We both ordered burgers. We asked for avocado on one of them and were told they didn't have any good avocados, which added to our disappoint. The next event was the burger itself. The meat, if you want to call It That, resembled what I remember from a school lunch, a tasteless slab of soy burger. Then paying our bill was a cluster. Needless to say the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths. We won't be back!

Trying out a new place is always a gamble. This place is a true home run!! Staff including management and bartenders and the cook are one step above what I usually expect. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and wanted. Food was amazing and fresh! Homemade....and a true passion to make it a cut above is the key to this gem. Sits beside the hotel,but don’t let that stop you. If you are looking for something good and above the normal same ol same ol then please listen to me. They give you amazing food at a fair price and great portions to make this a place worth stopping and going out of you’re way. I’ll give this place 5 stars for all the reasons I gave.

We have stayed many times here over the years and have always loved it. We made reservations end of 2017 for July 2018--but when they changed hands recently part of the reservation was lost-Thank heavens for Terrance, he immediately assesed the situation and fixed the error. We can now arrive and settle in for a long weekend with no hassles. Thank you Terrence for your help and saving our vacation plans.

No one would come out and seat us this morning at around 7:45 am. I even walked up near the middle of the seating area and called out if anyone was there. No response so we went to the Inland Cafe on 10th street and had a wonderful breakfast...

Very disappointed with our order portion was half of what it normally is no tomatoes or egg on the salad hardly any chicken and what was in it was old and dried out. Very small amount of onion rings and they were cold. Wont be eating there again.

Slow, slow service, waited on our food and waited to get our check.

Excellent service and food - I had the dinner special ribeye and was pleasantly surprised by its taste. The side of mixed veggies complemented well with it.

Ordered some food to go. Sat down in the restaurant and waited for it the staff was polite the restaurant was clean. The service was very fast and professional. The quality of the food was really great.

Any Best Western we go to we can usually check into early, not here!! Very unfriendly lady,didn't even bother to get up when we walked in!! Hotels not even busy...said we could check in around 3 or 3:30!! I think she just didn't want to be bothered!!Never again!!

We were seated but a half hour later we still did not get a water, a drink nothing. There were 5 tables total each with two people at them and the 2 waitresses could not keep up. They kept asking people what they ordered as they were walking around with food and drinks. We gave up and went across the street to the truck stop, good food and great service there. Skip this place if you're actually hungry.

Staff went the extra mile for us. Food was good and the atmosphere pleasant. I would recommend it to family and friends.

hotel left their affiliation with Best Western, now independent, but still charged no shows when they did not properly link post transition to process valid cancellation requests from bookings as a Best Western. Foul business practice, and still refuse to refund the no-show charges

Had to give 1 star to post but that is being generous. Booked through Hotwire at this hotel. The hotel changed ownership after and cancelled our reservation without notice leaving us without a room for an upcoming trip. They tried to blame the online company for cancelling but the online company they said cancelled it was not even who it was booked through. They were not helpful at all. Beware when booking here.

Good food. Decent service

Worst food and service I've had on this cross country trip. Over an hour for food. The food tasted like burnt plastic and was about 40 dollars over priced. Don't waste your time at this place.Response to the GM:You should try fixing the regular menu first. I never had anything from your dessert menu. Try firing your chef and finding someone who can cook.

We had lunch here and the food was good. The service was above and beyond. Our waitress was friendly and very accommodating.

Meth head cooks as of 9-2016...we were able to see in the kitchen where we were sitting & both cooks were obviously tweaking out. The manager should be embarrassed to have people like that working in their restaurant. They were under-staffed, slow & not attentive whatsoever! The people next to us got up and walked out after waiting more than 30 minutes to get their food...& the restaurant wasn't even busy. I am sure the cooks were too busy twitching and bouncing to focus on cooking. When our food finally arrived, it was nothing special. The food was bland & freezer burned. Everything was pre processed and not fresh. Will not go back until business is under responsible management.

The food here was so amazing! I had the honey garlic salmon and the hubby had prime rib, everything down to the bed of rice was bursting with amazing flavors! The staff and owner were so nice and fun to talk with. We will most definitely be back!

Had a very wonderful experience eating here with my family tonight! I really want to give some rave reviews for our waitress Rochelle!! She was so sweet! Great friendly service and most of all she was right on top of anything we'd needed :) It really was the best service I've received in a restaurant in a very long time!!. Super awesome restaurant designs and decor too. Food was exquisite!! Compliments to the chef(s) ordered the fettuccine alfredo and it was soooo yummy!!! Also had to get me the marion berry cobbler to go and oh my gosh, Yummy berries, ice cream and flaky Danish together..let me tell ya .. 2 DIE FOR!! Highly reccomend!!! Will be returning!

We stopped here to grab a quick dinner ..waitress was very friendly..but the food was horrible..dinner salad was a bunch of wilted lettuce with 2 croutons...I asked the waitress way there was no tomato or Grated cheese or cucumber.....her answer was..we charge seperatly for those...can you say floored??..then we ordered the shrimp mushroom linguini...no salt and very tasteless..I've eaten food at gas stations better then this...don't stop here!!!

We love this restaurant! Great service and really good food, and they take care of the locals!!

Came for the Prime Rib as it was really good, before. Tonight it was stil good, but they don't have enough trained waitstaff to take care of customers properly. It seems the prices have changed, as well. Would I come back, maybe; but would come on Friday, not Saturday. We've had good breakfast before ( skillets), too. 4 stars is because of the lack of employees on the part of management.

Probably the worst Steak i have ever had, Don't waste your time going here

Carissa was an awesome bartender! Very attentive and friendly. She was great to every customer I heard her interact with. Had the King Kobe burger and it was amazing. Came out quickly and was beyond perfect. Might have had to have a small beverage after to aid digestion.

Service: Our server was very good but the kitchen was snail slow. Things were so slow that the waitress apologized and comped our drinks.Ambiance: American hotel of plain tables and booths.Food: Club sandwich was good, however, uncharacteristically my wife only ate a couple of her tatter tots. There is much more to a French dip than meat on a hoggie bun and a jue. Flavoring in both is a must with a caution not to be salty.Value: Just OK.
